There is a good chance that you're feeling stuck in a rut right now, and wish to break free from it (because you're reading this blog, duh). Now I know how hard being in a rut can be. You feel drained, unmotivated and generally lack excitement about anything productive. Now, getting out of a rut may be an easy or difficult task - depending on you - but here are 2 steps that will get you started on your productive journey almost instantly. enter image description here

A little change of environment

If you want to change your habits and become productive, the worst thing you can do is stay in a place that your mind has associated with your rut. What you need is a bit of a change in your environment. Go for a walk in the park, or work in your local cafe for sometime. Let yourself start fresh in a new place, and give your mind novelty so it can accept your new productive life a bit easier.

Talk kindly to the mirror

Don't go too hard on yourself. Most people get into a rut from time to time, so don't stress about it. What matters is that you slowly and consistently transition to your productive self. One thing that helps boost that is being kind to yourself and thinking positive about yourself. Remember your past achievements, however big or small, and feel happy about it. Feel proud of yourself, and have the faith in yourself that you can get on track for personal growth soon.

The points listed are enough to get you started on your personal growth journey instantly. So go to that cafe, work some time, and feel proud of yourself for doing it. Your life's car is going to be okay, because you are the one driving it.
